Has been in Las Cruces for the past two years when her Fiance got a job as a football coach at New Mexico State University, Go Aggies! Karina graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and is licensed to sell Real Estate in New Mexico, California, and Georgia. Karina has been in the sales field for over 12 years and being fluent in Spanish has helped her expand her customer relationships; she has quickly learned her way around Las Cruces including the famous green chile flavors that characterize New Mexico.

Theresa is a New Mexico native, and a real estate professional. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives to exceed their expectations.  She has worked in the housing industry for nine years. Her career started in property management, with extensive experience in Tax Credit, Rural Development and HUD, in addition to Market and Residential property management. She enjoyed property management so much that she expanded into real estate. She has a passion for helping people find a place to call home, whether that be through finding a rental property or buying a forever home. Theresa’s professional structure is built on communication, dedication, and transparency, with the understanding that buying, selling and/ renting is complex and deeply personal.
