PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND PRICING
CENTURY 21 HAGGERTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY CHARGES
THREE FEES:
10%
of monthly rent
Your tenant will pay the rent directly to CENTURY 21 Haggerty every month at which time the 10% fee will be deducted and the remaining rent will be deposited into your bank account.
50%
of first month's paid rent
or
$500
(one time charge - whichever is higher)
This one-time on boarding fee is deducted from the first tenant's first month's paid rent. This fee will never be charged again regardless of how many times we re-rent the home.

per inspection
(performed twice per year)
Inspector will perform detailed inspections of the property with the tenant twice per year. Inspection report, including notes and photos, will then be forwarded to owner.
